Perfect location, just 10 minutes away from the historical center and main attractions. Comfortable and quiet at night, with a nice view from the window. Beautiful wooden floors and classic stoves as decorations.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Ostoya Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. It was the perfect location for visiting Krakow. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and big windows it was really good value for money.

the cold food selection at breakfast was poor, and varied from good - orange juice, freshly boiled eggs - to poor - fizzy orange drink, no muesli, no service and messy greasy scrambled egg.
